Future Creation/Capacity for new Challenges A private German university decided to seek accreditation for a new graduate level program, a MA in Diversity and Intercultural Management. The goal was to to launch the first such program in Central Europe. Kultur & Management, Inc., delivered project management services, recruitment of external content specialists, content authorship in selected areas and thought leadership on methodologies, strategy and philosophy of the program throughout the accreditation process. Program delivery begins in October 2009.
